The Liberal leadership race is shaping up with former finance minister and deputy prime minister Chrystia Freeland joining the contest. Other candidates include former Bank of Canada governor Mark Carney who launched his bid Thursday — and government House leader Karina Gould is expected to do the same over the weekend.
