Speaking from Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip, Dr. Muhammad al-Tahir says people are visibly ‘overwhelmed with happiness’ that Israel and Hamas have reached a ceasefire deal. However, he says, there are hundreds of thousands of people who are injured or displaced.
