Stakeholders and opponents descended on the Calgary offices of the Alberta Energy Regulator as a hearing over the controversial Grassy Mountain project resumed. The AER is deciding whether to approve exploration permit applications from Northback Holdings, the Australian company that wants to develop a coal mine near Crowsnest Pass.
