A hyperbaric medicine clinic, Sudbury Hyperbarics and Wound Care, has opened in Greater Sudbury. The clinic offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a treatment that uses pure oxygen under increased pressure to accelerate healing, reduce swelling, fight infections and improve tissue repair. It is the first of its kind in northern Ontario.
