A homeowner in B.C.'s southern Interior is learning a hard, costly lesson after participating in the CleanBC rebate program aimed at electrifying heating systems in homes. To be eligible, the program requires the gas heating system to be completely removed. As Corey Bullock reports, it's something the homeowner didn’t know until after the work was done.
