There's a new planned development coming to the heart of Marda Loop in southwest Calgary. The proposal includes two 19-storey towers and two eight-storey buildings, as well as a grocery store and other retail options. It would add 440 residential units to Calgary's housing inventory. But some are concerned about its height and the impact it would have on the community.
