Ifeoluwa Olubode is a local chef and a recent graduate of the Culinary Management and Baking Certificate Program at Algonquin College. She is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management program. In conversation with CBC’s Robyn Miller, she shares a classic winter recipe passed down from her grandmother. The dish is called Nigerian Pepper Soup, and Olubode says that Christmas is not complete without it.
