Air Canada's cheapest tickets purchased on or after Jan. 3 will no longer include carry-on baggage on certain routes. John Gradek, co-ordinator of the aviation management program at McGill University, says this move could bring in up to $40 million in additional revenue for the airline. He adds that this decision also solves some problems encountered by staff and passengers.
