Fanningbank in downtown Charlottetown threw open its doors to hundreds of Islanders for the annual Christmas open house. P.E.I.'s new lieutenant governor, Wassim Salamoun, and his wife welcomed guests, who got to see the decorations and tree on the main floor of the historic residence.
