Rio residents protest against Olympics, political corruption

Brazilians took to the streets by the thousands on Friday ahead of the Olympic opening ceremony in Rio. Most people came to protest against the cost of the Summer Games in Rio and vent anger at centre-right interim president Michel Temer, who took power in May on the suspension of the elected leftist president, Dilma Rousseff.
