Simon was inducted into the Rock Hall as a solo artist and as one-half of Simon & Garfunkel. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the duo's debut album, Wednesday Morning, 3 AM.

The 73-year-old Simon has won 12 Grammy Awards.

The exhibit opens Thursday.
