Here's the daily campaign buzz and the scheduled appearances for Alberta's party leaders on Monday.
The buzz
Wildrose candidate Derek Fildebrandt (former head of the Alberta Taxpayers Federation), offers to debate PC candidate Robin Campbell over their respective parties' fiscal plans. Campbell has declined the invitation.
The hustings

PC: Jim Prentice is in Fort McMurray where he'll make 10 a.m. remarks, and hold a 12:15 p.m. photo op.

NDP: Rachel Notley will make an announcement on mortgage tax at 11:30 a.m. in Edmonton. And at 12:30 p.m., she'll be a guest on CBC Radio's Alberta@noon.

Wildrose: Brian Jean is in Edmonton to make an 11:30 a.m. speech on shrinking hospital wait times. And at 5:30 p.m. he'll hold a meet and greet in Wainwright.

Liberal: David Swann is in Edmonton for a 10 a.m. editorial board, and later goes into leader's debate preparation.
