Liberal MP Justin Trudeau and Conservative Senator Patrick Brazeau will be stepping into the boxing ring in Ottawa on Saturday night, but not because of bad political blood.
The two will be battling it out to raise money for cancer research.
Each has personal reasons for particpating in the event. Brazeau lost his mom to lung cancer in 2004. Trudeau's father, former prime minister Pierre Trudeau, died of complications related to prostate cancer in 2000.
The fundraiser match at Ottawa's Hampton Inn will go for three rounds of two minutes each.
