Toronto police have issued a rare warning about a man arrested in a sexual assault investigation.
On Tuesday, Lindani Msimanga, 29, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault.
Police allege the Toronto man failed to reveal his HIV-positive status to a sexual partner. The partner was infected.
