It was a Jurassic night for Toronto sports fans with both the Raptors and Maple Leafs in playoff games on Saturday.

First up were the Raptors — back in the playoffs for the fourth year in a row — facing off against the Milwaukee Bucks in game one of the first round of the NBA playoffs at the Air Canada Centre.

But after a heartbreaking 97-83 loss, Jurassic Park turned from red to blue as Leafs fans gathered for a nail-biter second game against the Washington Capitals. Fans had their fill as the two games overlapped briefly.

And while it may not have been a home game, the Leafs emerged victorious — beating out the Capitals 4-3 in the second overtime period against the team that bested them 3-2 in their last matchup on Thursday.

Oh, and the Blue Jays brought the goods on Saturday as well with a win at home against the Baltimore Orioles in the afternoon. Meanwhile, Toronto FC faced defeat, losing to the Columbus team 2-1 in Ohio.
