Easter weekend is almost here, and Environment Canada says we may be in for some rain.

Grocery stores

Most grocery chains are closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
Public facilities

Community recreation facilities are closed Good Friday and Easter Monday. Regularly scheduled drop-in programs and registered activities will run on Saturday and Sunday.

Cedar Ridge Creative Centre and Clark Centre for the Arts: closed Good Friday and Easter Monday. Both are open Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Etobicoke Civic Centre Art Gallery and Ascent Gallery: closed Friday to Monday.

Ripley's Aquarium will be operating from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m Friday to Sunday. It will close early at 9 p.m. on Monday.

Toronto Railway Museum is hosting an Easter chocolate tasting in a vintage train car on Saturday and Sunday.

Little Canada is running an egg hunt. They've hidden 35 colourful eggs and one golden bunny throughout the exhibit for visitors to find. The event runs from Good Friday until Easter Monday.

The Easter Fun Fest is happening at Markham Fairgrounds from Good Friday to Easter Monday, with indoor and outdoor activities from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Local MRKT's third annual Easter MRKT will be held on Saturday at Mimico Square, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The market features 25 vendors, small businesses, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
