CBC was only allowed to record the video from a monitor, but it appears to show Singbeil biking downtown.

Saskatoon police released a short video of Kandice Singbeil to Crime Stoppers this week to help them find the woman who has not been heard from since May 25.

The video comes from a surveillance camera and appears to show Singbeil riding her bike downtown.

Kandice Marie Siingbeil is missing and police are asking for help locating her.

Saskatoon police hope the video will remind other businesses to check their surveillance cameras.

"We wanted to kind of bring it back into the media to let people know that Kandice is still missing, we're still investigating, and we are looking for information," Const. Bill Bergeron told CBC News. Bergeron is the Crime Stoppers coordinator for the Saskatoon Police.

Bergeron said surveillance cameras tend to record over footage that's four to six weeks old, so there's a worry any additional evidence may be lost.

Police say no one has seen or heard from Singbeil since she was reported missing.

Singbeil is 5-4 and weighs 166 pounds. She has shoulder length brown and blonde hair. She has brown eyes and wears glasses. Her lower lip is pierced.

Her lack of communication with loved ones is out of character and concerning, police said.

"Kandice was involved in a high-risk lifestyle and her family and friends are concerned for her safety along with the police," he said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kandice Singbeil is asked to contact Saskatoon Police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
