Police in Saskatoon unveil new monument honouring missing and murdered women

The votes have been tallied and a new monument, honouring missing and murdered indigenous women, has been chosen.
People voted on several different options for the Saskatoon Police Service monument, ultimately settling on three finalists.


On Wednesday afternoon police tweeted a photo of the winning piece.
The work, created by Lionel Peyachew, will be built in front of police headquarters.
