A group of photographers who knew the Van de Vorst family are remembering their peer Jordan Van de Vorst. Van de Vorst, his wife and two children were killed in a car crash near Saskatoon.
Group of aurora hunters share tribute for Jordan Van de Vorst

"Here's to you Jordan, our fallen hunter," wrote Colin Chatfield in a tweet.
Chatfield and a group of Saskatoon-based photographers will miss Jordan Van de Vorst.
The 34-year-old father and his young family were killed on January 3, 2016.
Van de Vorst was a member of the Saskatchewan Aurora Hunters, founded by photographer Colin Chatfield.
"He was always willing to help people, teach people, [and] share knowledge. I learned a few things from him along the way," Chatfield said.
