Saskatoon Blades attendance jumps

The Saskatoon Blades, who are currently on a unprecedented winning streak, are also enjoying success at the admission gate with attendance up significantly from last season.

The most recent game, the one Prime Minister Stephen Harper took in, had a crowd of over 8,000.

This season the Blades have enjoyed a 21 per cent increase in ticket sales and are averaging about 6,000 fans at every game, well above the Western Hockey League average.
