Regina police have arrested Jason Paul Thorn, 48, after he breached one of his conditions of release.
Police issued advisory as Jason Paul Thorn has a history of reoffending

Regina police have arrested a man who was unlawfully at large and considered a high risk to reoffend sexually.
Jason Paul Thorn, 48, has a criminal history of sexual offences and a history of reoffending, according to police.
On March 31, 2025, police issued an advisory after Thorn's statutory release into Regina's Heritage neighbourhood. He had been living under court-ordered conditions at a residence that provides supervision and monitoring of his activities.
On April 16, police warned the public that their latest attempts to contact Thorn had been unsuccessful and a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
Police say he is now back in "closed custody."
In a release, they also say Thorn has not committed a new criminal offence.
