Some fake guns resulted in some very real charges for a trio in Regina on the weekend.

Shortly after 1 p.m. CST on Saturday afternoon, two people approached police to tell them they'd had a gun pointed at them on the 1600 block of Broad St.

Police got a search warrant for a home and found several imitation firearms.

Two men, ages 18 and 23, and a boy, 16, have been charged with various offences including possession of a weapon and pointing a firearm.
