It happened Wednesday at about 5 p.m. ET at the Mont Cascades Golf Club, which is near a water park in western Quebec.
A 62-year-old woman was out for a walk when she was approached by a 50-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man riding in a golf cart, according to MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais police.
