September temperatures warmest on record 'by a longshot'

The World Meteorological Organization says across the globe, September temperatures were the warmest on record. Closer to home, CBC Meteorologist Ryan Snoddon says most of the Maritimes experienced one of the top five warmest Septembers, with most areas two to three degrees above average.
