Tropical Cyclone Colin expected to keep Nova Scotia wet and cloudy

Depending on where you are in Nova Scotia today, you'll see clouds or rain.
However, forecasters are keeping a close eye on some active weather expected to pass southeast of Nova Scotia. The system is expected to pass southeast of Nova Scotia Wednesday and Thursday.
Environment Canada has issued a tropical cyclone special weather statement for Guysborough, Richmond and Cape Breton counties, including Sydney.
