The centre of our latest nor’easter is just off the eastern tip of Prince Edward Island this morning and will continue to track to the east to cross Newfoundland overnight.

From there, the storm will track into the Labrador Sea, off the tip of Greenland, by this time tomorrow.

We can expect generally clearing conditions today in the wake of this storm with falling temperatures borne by a strong northwest wind.

This has resulted in the flash freeze warning issued by Environment Canada.

Our next "clipper" is now developing west of the Great Lakes and that feature will move into the Maritimes later Wednesday with some flurries or light snow.

However, it will also bring about moderated temperatures such that some showers will likely develop on Thursday as well as the flurries or light snow.

I have indications of another nor’easter developing to move in on Thursday night and affecting the region through Friday.
