Cape Breton family gives neighbourly namaste to students from India

Some residents of a Sydney, N.S., neighbourhood have taken a houseful of international students from India under their care, providing meals and advice on everything from recycling to the power bill.

Home sweet home away from home.

People living on a street in Sydney, N.S., have practically adopted a houseful of university students from southern India.

The students drop in, share food and rely on their new friends to help explain everything from the recycling program to the power bill.
