Blind and visually impaired students are raising concerns about changes to programming offered by the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority. They say APSEA program move will further marginalize blind youth, leaving them ill-equipped for life after high school. The families are holding a town-hall meeting about their concerns on Saturday at the CNIB in Halifax.
