An event called Promvember attracted girls from Newfoundland and Labrador. They went to the store Timeless Moments in Sydney to find their special dress during the store's month-long trunk show.

This program runs in Cape Breton, Halifax, and Cumberland County and it's free for those who get accepted because it's funded by the Ecology Action Centre.
