Teenager charged with murder after alleged stabbing in Fort Good Hope, N.W.T.
Female was found with severe injuries at a residence on the weekend and later died, police say

Police in Fort Good Hope, N.W.T., have arrested and charged a youth after a fatal stabbing Sunday.
RCMP found a female victim with severe injuries at a home in the community Sunday morning. In a news release Monday, RCMP said officers transported her to the local health centre where she died shortly after.
A 14-year-old girl has been arrested and charged with murder. Because of her age, the accused can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. She has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Yellowknife on Tuesday.
Sunday's incident follows another alleged murder last month in the Sahtu community of about 500 people.
Anyone with information on the weekend incident is asked to contact Fort Good Hope RCMP at 867-598-1111.
