On a cold winter day, when most people like to stay warm inside, the Bay of Islands Scuba Club takes to the frigid waters of York Harbour on Newfoundland's west coast.
In 1986, CBC reporter Terry Ledrew tagged along as rookie ice diver, Brad Howell, suited up to go below two feet of ice.
