Police charge driver in fatal summer crash near Hare Bay
62-year old man and woman both died in the crash

Police say they've charged a 53-year-old man from Trinity after a single-vehicle crash killed two people this past summer.
On July 23, officers from the Glovertown RCMP detachment responded to a crash on Route 320 near Hare Bay, about 65 kilometres from Gander.
They found a truck in flames in the middle of the road, and said a man and woman, both 62-years-old and both passengers in the crashed vehicle, died at the scene.
The driver, Roger Hunt, was also injured.
Hunt has now been charged by the RCMP with two counts of dangerous operation causing death.
"Evidence obtained from the investigation support criminal charges, which were laid on Feb. 6," said the RCMP in a statement released on Monday.
Hunt is due back in a provincial court in Gander on April 8.
