Malcolm Rowe sworn in to seat on Supreme Court of Canada
Malcolm Rowe took the oath of office Monday for his new job with the Supreme Court of Canada.

It's official for Malcolm Rowe, who was sworn in Monday as the newest judge on the Supreme Court of Canada.
The court tweeted out a photograph of Rowe taking the oath of office in Ottawa.
The former justice of the Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal was the first to be appointed under a new process where people apply for a job on the bench and are vetted by an independent advisory board.
