Quote the Raven's debut album, Misty Mountains, is filled with lush vocal harmonies accompanied by rootsy acoustic instruments.

Jordan Coaker and Kirsten Rodden-Clarke, the members of Quote the Raven, met while they were performing in a vocal ensemble called Cadence, in Conception Bay South.  

"We found that our voices kind of suited [each other]," said Rodden-Clarke,

"And we just started to jam together."
