Alan Doyle & Russell Crowe get a boost from Sting
Rock superstar Sting made a surprise appearance Saturday night as St. John's singer Alan Doyle and his frequent collaborator, Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe, held their "indoor garden party" at a New York theatre.
Rock superstar Sting made a surprise appearance Saturday night as St. John's singer Alan Doyle and his frequent collaborator, Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe, held their "indoor garden party" at a New York theatre.
Sting sang one of his signature tunes, Every Breath You Take, with Doyle, Crowe and other musicians at the Gramercy Theatre on Saturday night.
Also performing were actors Scott Grimes and Kevin Durand, who appeared with Crowe and Doyle as the Merry Men in the 2010 Ridley Scott-directed film Robin Hood.
