Defence lawyer Martin Goguen entered not guilty pleas for additional charges facing his client

Tyler Noel, one of the co-accused in the Baylee Wylie murder case, appeared in court again on Tuesday to face a number of charges that date back to last fall.
Noel, 19, has already been charged with first-degree murder and arson in the Wylie case.
He is also facing several charges from September, including using and possessing a stun gun, a prohibited weapon.
Other charges are coming from the days before he was arrested near Petitcodiac in January.

These charges range from possession of a firearm, to being unlawfully in a dwelling and breaching an order not possess firearms.
Martin Goguen, Noel's lawyer, entered not guilty pleas on his client's behalf on Tuesday and asked to have the matter put off until next year to set a trial date.
It will be back before the court on Feb. 6, 2017.
Noel was in court on Monday where he received a court date for his first-degree murder charge.
That trial will be held from Oct. 24, 2017 to Jan. 26, 2018.
Wylie's body was discovered on Dec. 17, 2015, following a fire in an apartment unit he had been sharing, according to his mother, with Marissa Shephard.
RCMP have described Wylie's death as extremely violent.
