RCMP in Moncton now consider the disappearance of 27-year-old Jami Springer to be "suspicious."

The RCMP's major crime unit in New Brunswick is now assisting in the investigation.
"Investigators have been following a number of leads, but have not be able to locate Jami Springer," said Staff Sgt. Jeff Johnston of the RCMP in a statement.
"It is unusual for her to be out of contact with her family for this long without an explanation and there is concern for her well-being.
Springer is Caucasian with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
She is five-feet, four-inches tall and weighs approximately 106 pounds.
