Florida woman dead after New Brunswick snowmobile crash

A 61-year-old woman from Florida has died in a single off-road vehicle crash in Alma, N.B.

Police believe the woman missed a turn and collided with trees

A 61-year-old woman from Florida is dead after a snowmobile crash in Alma, N.B.

Caledonia Region RCMP responded to a call around 3:15 p.m. AT on Saturday. The Alma and Riverside Albert fire departments and Ambulance New Brunswick also responded.

Police believe the woman was driving a snowmobile when she missed a turn and collided with trees. There were no other passengers and she died at the scene.
