David Smith, a member of Metepenagiag First Nation, bridges cultural divides through storytelling. Through his work, he has engaged over 10,000 people, fostering a greater understanding of social reconciliation. His company has won FusionSJ’s 2023 Faces of Fusion - Arts & Culture award, and in 2024 the Exceptional Cultural Experience Award (Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada). David is also a recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2024.
