The six women performing in the Sh!t Show deserve some kudos for their energy and their commitment to each of the characters they play — but this is insufficient to save brutally juvenile material.
Aside from some funny and inspired visual gags, this clown show comes across as a group of grade six students snickering over how many ways we use the word for excrement in our every-day lives.
The attempt to cobble together a morality play at the end falls flat in spite of the borrowing of Charlie Chaplin's famous love speech in its entirety. Watch The Great Dictator and have a pleasant constitutional. Your time will be better spent.
