Swan River RCMP are asking for the public's help locating a man who has been missing for more than 10 days.

Swan River RCMP are asking for the public's help locating a man who has been missing for more than 10 days.

Corey Chartrand, 37, was last seen on Sapotaweyak Cree Nation on the morning of April 30.

He is 5-foot-11, has a medium build, brown eyes and long black hair that he wears in a ponytail. RCMP believe he was wearing black pants and a shirt with a Sapotaweyak emblem. He may have also been wearing brown Reebok shoes.

"Our officers have been actively searching for Mr. Chartrand since being notified of his disappearance and continue in their efforts," Sgt. Bert Paquet said in a release. "We are asking the public's assistance for any information leading to his whereabouts, as this is unusual behaviour for him, and his family is worried."

Sapotaweyak Cree Nation is about 400 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.
