A woman who went missing in late February in Winnipeg has been located and is safe, police say.
The police service issued a news release on Monday, asking the public for help in finding the 22-year-old woman who was last heard from on Feb. 27. There were concerns for her well-being.
An updated release was issued Tuesday morning to say the woman was found.
No information was provided on when or where she was located.
Her image and description was provided in the original CBC story. Those have been removed to protect her privacy now that she is no longer missing.
