Woman missing nearly a month in Winnipeg found safe: police

A woman who went missing in Winnipeg for nearly a month has been found safe, police said in an update Thursday morning.. 

The woman had last been seen on Dec. 29 in the Crestview and Portage Avenue area.

CBC has removed the woman's name and image from this story to protect her identity now that she has been found.
