Patrick Simmons, 50, was last heard from on April 30 in the southwestern city of Dauphin, RCMP said in a Friday news release. Simmons told a family member he was planning to travel to Somerset, just over 200 kilometres south of Dauphin, but he never got there.
He was reported missing to RCMP in Ste. Rose du Lac, near Dauphin, on Thursday afternoon.
Simmons stands five feet, 11 inches tall and weighs roughly 200 pounds, Mounties said. He's balding with brown and blond hair on the sides, and was wearing a black and grey hoodie when last seen.
Police said Simmons may be driving a red 2017 Ford F-150 truck with the Manitoba licence plate GZY 597.
