A man is dead after the vehicle he was driving rolled multiple times at a curve in the highway near Manigotagan, Man.
RCMP are investigating a rollover that claimed the life of a 53-year-old man.

A man is dead after the vehicle he was driving rolled multiple times at a curve in the highway near Manigotagan, Man.

The crash happened just before 9 p.m. on Monday on Highway 304, about five kilometres south of the community, according to RCMP.

The 53-year-old man, from Black River First Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the only person in the vehicle.

He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, RCMP said, adding there was heavy rain in the area at the time of the crash.

An RCMP forensic collision reconstructionist is helping with the ongoing investigation.
