Head-on crash north of Winnipeg sends 2 women, 2 children to hospital

A head-on crash Friday night sent two adults and two children to hospital but they weren't seriously injured, RCMP said Saturday.

A head-on crash Friday night sent two adults and two children to hospital but they weren't seriously injured, RCMP said Saturday. 

The collision between a southbound Dodge Caravan and a northbound Toyota Yaris on Highway 9 near Clandeboye, Man., happened around 6:40 p.m. police said.

The woman driving the Toyota Yaris, along with two boys, and the woman driving the Dodge Caravan were all taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The woman who was a passenger in the Dodge Caravan was not hurt. 

Alcohol is not considered a factor in the collision.

Police are still investigating. 

Clandeboye is in the rural municipality of St. Andrews, just north of Winnipeg.
