Winnipeg Blue Bombers' kicker Justin Palardy is the CFL’s special teams player of the week.
Palardy went 5-for-5 in the field goal department, including a 45 yarder, against the Toronto Argonauts on July 18.
The Bombers lost 25-22 to start their season at 0-4.
However, Palardy has had individual success, going 10 for 11 on his attempts so far this season.
This is the second time in Palardy’s three-year career that he has been named a player of the week, having taken home top special teams honours as a rookie in 2010.
The Bombers' home-opener is on Thursday against the visiting Edmonton Eskimos.
