3 songs from London Morning to boost your playlist

London Morning's associate producer, Ryan Soulliere, listens to a lot of music for his role, picking tunes for the show. In any given week, that's about 25 songs. Here are his top three local and Canadian picks from last week.

Luna Elle - AMPM 

Luna Elle's latest single AMPM is an incredibly smooth soul jam with one toe in R&B. AMPM brings on very chill vibes reminiscent of post-Motown soul. It's an exciting time for Elle with her second consecutive Juno award nomination in the Traditional R&B/Soul Recording of the Year. Like the title suggests, AMPM is an ideal song in the morning or nighttime, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. 

Aysanabee - Video Games featuring Ruby Waters

Aysanabee is no stranger to this three-song list. Known for great music writing and a luring voice, Aysanabee gives us something new by featuring Ruby Waters on the song Video Games, and the blend is sonic gold. Video Games is a slow, melodic jam with memorable vocals. Video Games is a great weekend daystarter song. 

Gold Tongue - I Can't Sleep

Time to pick up the pace. I Can't Sleep by London's Gold Tongue is a great indie-rock jam that is upbeat and not in-your-face. And how relatable? We've all had trouble with getting sleep at one time or another. I Can't Sleep is a great song to transition from morning coffee to getting things done. And it will sit well on your next party mix.
