1 driver dead after truck and car collide west of London

The driver of a car is dead after their vehicle and a transport truck collided west of London, Ont., police say.

The crash Friday was at around 5:45 p.m. ET at Melbourne Road near Jubilee Road, at the edge of Munsee-Delaware nation.

The car's driver, a 29-year-old from Iona Station, was pronounced dead in hospital. 

The transport truck's driver, also 29, is from London and sustained minor injuries.
