The RCMP helicopter is soon to be relocated to Prince George
After skiing about out of bounds at Sun Peaks yesterday, a family of six was told, they'd have to spend the night out doors, in the freezing cold.
A scary thing for four children, as young as six years old.
Luckily, the group was plucked from the mountain with the help of the Kamloops RCMP helicopter.
But that's the same helicopter that is being reassigned, to Prince George.
Kamloops Search and Rescue manager is Alan Hobler.
